In the frame of the Warsaw PhD School in Natural and BioMedical Sciences (Warsaw-4-PhD), Prof. Dr. JC Colmenares have finished his workshop/​training meeting for PhD candidates of our Warsaw-4-PhD on:

• “The art of mentoring, teaching, and coaching: For what are they? And What are the differences between them?”

The recently concluded mentoring and coaching workshop (7+ meetings/​weeks in total) was an outstanding success, marked by a profound impact on participants and a clear demonstration of its value. Through carefully crafted sessions, the workshop provided participants with actionable strategies, meaningful insights, and the confidence to apply what they learned in real-world settings.
